Refund Policy – Prime Route Transport

Prime Route Transport provides professional courier and delivery services under established service agreements. Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, all delivery fees, service charges, and logistics costs are non‑refundable once pickup has been scheduled or service has commenced.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@primeroutetransport.cc. All refund requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Prime Route Transport.

Prime Route Transport reserves the right to adjust pricing, delivery rates, and service‑related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. Such changes will apply to future bookings or agreements and will not retroactively affect amounts already invoiced or paid.

In cases where services are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.

Additionally, Prime Route Transport does not offer compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for service interruptions, modifications, or cancellations beyond our control, unless otherwise specified in a formal, written contract.
