Cancellation Policy – Prime Route Transport
You may cancel your Prime Route Transport service by providing written notice before the scheduled pickup or service start time. Cancellations made after a delivery has been dispatched may not qualify for a refund and could be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or booking terms.
If your service with Prime Route Transport is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, any related shipment records or account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to retain or request any delivery documentation, invoices, or reports prior to the cancellation of your service.
Prime Route Transport reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, route option, or delivery program at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds or credits in such cases will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
